This piece is a part of my Chateau chair series depicting all my favourite chairs from my residency at Chateau d’Orquevaux in France.
This chair is from my studio, not originally part of the room but a necessary addition. I spent many hours in this chair looking around at my art, listening to the cows moo in the field across the way, and sitting in disbelief that I’m in a chateau in France painting all day.
